liked it. Admittedly, I love anything with lots of dill.

In my attempt to get more fish into our diet, I kept going out over the past several days to get salmon to make it and was always nabbed by other fish. So I just opened one of the big cans of good quality, red Coho.

And I used fresh baby spinach.

Wasn't crazy about the sauce but that's minor. I found it a bit flat, so added a few drops of white wine vinegar.

This one goes straight to the "Can Make Again" list.
