Okay, I made the little mini cheesecake bites from F+W

Barb - did you use the fromage blanc cheese or did you substitute? Also, I was at Safeway looking

for the Nabisco wafers and a representative from Nabisco was stocking the shelves and said they no longer make those???? What???? She told me that the closet swap would be the 100 calorie packs of the Oreo crisps. What??? I'm hoping she was crazy...

Hi CactusSue, I used sour cream, there was no fromage blanc at the

closest grocery and I wasn't going back to Whole Foods just for that!

As for the cookies, I bought the "Famous" chocolate wafers in the yellow box, not sure if they are Nabisco. I certainly hope they are not being discontinued! I always find them on a hard to reach top shelf, so I guess they are not at the top of the best seller list.

 
welllll--I strained my bottle of limoncello and needed to "test" it. It passed.

I also made some rhubarb cordial in late spring, and when I tasted it about a month ago I thought it was ehhh. But, after another month, it has mellowed quite nicely.
