Old Bay brand tartar sauce. I can't buy it here, have tried for years & I don't seem to be

travelling to the US lately. So, I thought I'd try matching their recipe. It is just the perfect combination for me and it seems that no others quite make it.

I can't remember the site that tries to recreate recipes of known foods and in just googling the sauce, I keep coming up with tartar sauce made with Old Bay seasoning.

Can someone help me with the website that tries to match recipes please?

Living with the fishes as I do now, it's a shame not to enjoy them in so many ways and with my favourite sauce.

KopyKat does not sound familiar as the site that I went to for well-known recipes that were remade.

If Old Bay shipped to Canada, I would just order some and then try to copy it but don't think I'd be great at that. So I was hoping someone else had done it.

this weekend.
Kudos to you for eating so much fish. I need to improve that in our diet.

 
Oh Barb thank you so much for the offer. However, I would certainly consider myself far too

self-indulgent for you to do that. I really should be able to create a simple sauce that I enjoy but it's just been so long now since I've had this one I figured I needed some help.

Please don't go to the trouble. I'll work it out.

Just checked and Publix has it. But only in the fresh seafood section. How many would you like?

 
You guys are too kind. McCormicks has just confirmed none in Canada & they won't send it.

Maybe I'll give in to your generosity as talking about it has it etched into my constant awareness.
