omitting the potatoes and served over mashed potatoes instead. Such a good recipe. I had to use flap meat (sirloin tips) instead of chuck and subbed lima beans for the green peas. I'm quite pleased with the flap meat substitute and would do it again. Much easier to thaw than a large roast for someone like me who doesn't think that far ahead.
