Oldie but goodie: Irish Soda Bread recipes

Am currently baking a round loaf of M. Reilly's using KA's "Measure for Measure" as my neighbor recently went GF.
Will let you know how it turns out.
 
Still good, but more crumbly. I can cut a clean slice, but it falls apart when picking up the slice.

Maybe this will teach me to eat slower and more mindfully.
(ya, probably not)
