OLGA!! Probably the BEST banana bread I have ever made!!

I made it into muffins as suggested in your recipe and the ladies are just going to love them tomorrow! I didn't take my time on the chocolate glaze, so they're a little sloppy... but boy, are the YUM!!

Oh, and it made 16 muffins, filled the cups with batter almost to the top...

Baked them at 325 deg. for 23-25 min.

these were a big hit at my meeting this morning. In fact, the hostess had made a dessert and everyone wanted another muffin instead, so I felt a little bad (a little...) smileys/smile.gif
