friend who has 3 teenage boys and the other for my neice and nephew . It was a hugh hit. We did add extra garlic and salt and pepper and more of the mozzarella and parmesan than was called for. Thanks for the recipe GailNJ

 
I made this yesterday for my neice and nephew...Huge hit! The ultimate compliment

from them was that it was better than the canned beefaroni! As suggested by Gail, I added garlic to the beef; used over a lb of beef; and used cavatelli pasta. Only feedback I heard, (In between their huge bites), was perhaps more beef could have been added. I like Diane's idea of adding sausage.

Thanks for the fun recipe. My Neice and Nephew think that I am really "Cool" to be able to make beef-a-roni!
