1 sweet onion, finely chopped

1 cup rice vinegar

2 T light sesame sesame oil

3/4 cup canola oil

1/2 cup soy sauce

2 T fresh garlic, chopped

1 T grated ginger

1 T hot chili sauce

1 sugar

Whisk together all ingredients and set in refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Pour over romaine lettuce, cooked chicken breast, bean sprouts, toasted sesame seeds and/or sliced almonds.
