OMG this was outrageous - Sriracha Glazed Bacon Wrapped Onion Rings

I could imagine cooking then dipping in a very light batter, deep frying to shatteringly crisp. . .

Eating the whole batch by myself and thanking the heavens for the the chance to eat all of it and then cursing the heavens because I did. . .

 
These look terrific...

and I just have to say the zillion photos of the finished product was a bit superfluous but she's obviously in love with how they came out, you have to love the enthusiasm! and I want them!!!

Has anyone made them yet?

 
I cut the onions and got everything ready, but thick bacon does not work. need some thinner bacon to

wrap better. maybe this week.
