Why did I wait so long? Made the small-batch, it was half-gone before it made it to the table for the two of us! I was leery of the temp. and time, but they are both on the mark. I cut the veggies 1/4" thick, and used two medium tomatoes chunked, with Italian sesoning. Thanks Dawn_MO and the other posters in this thread for a fabulous recipe. ahhh, haven't made that since, well, last summer! And, I have everything for it - so happy!

just need to bake some bread to go with it, now that I have Son of Blarf II!!!
