book all about putting different flavours together. One intrigueing cake is "Orange Vodka Chilli Cake". Anyone interested in this recipe? I'll post it once home again.

advanced class for your girls.
there is salty, sour, sweet, hot, bitter and a 6th one called Umami - savoury!
