My Canadian grandfather basically didn't eat the last five years of his life--he just drank Molson's Golden Ale. His insides must have been pickled by the time he died.
I remember my mother making up tons of food to put in his freezer (chicken pot pies, shepherd's pie, etc.) and he never ate any of it. Such a waste. But he sure loved his Molson's!
