Ooh, remember this awesome tomato tart? Was just looking up the recipe.

We really like the ones with tomatoes, onions, mayo and cheese. Also made one

like Vivian Howard does at the Chef and Farmer. She roasts some of the tomatoes, onions, regular sliced tomatoes and then quartered mini heirlooms and then mayo and cheese. Good stuff.
Need to make one for tonight as a matter of fact. ;o)
