I used boneless, skinless, chicken thighs, marinated the chicken thighs, then cut them into stips to put on skewers, and grilled them on my Cuisinart Electric Grill. They were delicious! DH vacuumed them up. They will definitely be on my menu for the Marine Corps party. Thanks!
