Orchid, I have a question about your portabello fries

Do you use those big slabs of portabellos (sized like hamburgers)...or the small round slices (about 1/4" thick and 1" diameter)?

This could be a life saver...I've been craving french fries. Thanks!

 
Yes it is the large portabella mushrooms. Publix has them pre-sliced

packaged and that is what that recipe is calling for. Remember, this is from Apron's so they use time savers all over the place for customers. They usually try to time there meals around a 30 minute time frame. I always buy the whole ones and cut them myself. I really think you'll like these Marilyn. Let me know if you make them.

 
Oh praise be...I'm not being THAT good (which probably explains why it's coming off so slow)

On the other chubby thigh, at least the fat is coming off.
