Hi Julie! It is great to see you!

Question: in your collection of recipes, the garlic roasted chicken recipe is almost word for word the one I posted so many years ago- I am not too fussy about the use of that recipe but it is one I made up myself. Did you find this recipe somewhere else?

By the way, the roasting time needs to be changed to 1-1/2 hours. It was pointed out to me years ago that it was not long enough for most chickens. I used a really small chicken when I first tried it out.

Life has been hectic and "interesting" but things overall...

I ended up working in the food industry for over a year and it took me away almost completely from actually cooking and enjoying recipes the way I used to.
