oatmeal. We are loving it. Last night made a tomato, bread salad as a side and used this bread to make toasted croutons. Delicious! Anyone else love this bread, and how do you use it? I just bought a package of the smaller, roll type, and was wondering about sandwiches... This stuff is selling out so fast at our local Safeway, they have it all over the store in free standing shelving. The deli alone is selling about 80 packages of the 2 baguette loaves each day.

Shopped at a different Safeway today and WOW...it was e-v-e-r-y-w-h-e-r-e...like, in about

10 different spots in the store. Looks like it would be really tasty bread. Didn't buy any as I am low-carbing right now so not eating bread at the moment but I plan to try it eventually.

Thanks for the heads up.

Lo carbing here, as well, but I do allow myself one or two bites of what ever carb I am wanting.

My hubs tends to lose weight, so I usually have some sort of bread, potato, rice, available for him everyday. I have no problem staying away from rice (cauliflower rice is my go to ) and I am not a huge fan of most breads. I love Indian breads, those flat types made fresh with spinach, pumpkin, garlic, lime or lemon juices. I indulge maybe once a week. Keeps me in a safe mode. One or two bites of this wonderful Cheese Cake Factory bread is all I need! No butter, just warm it up a little and I am in heaven. Yes, Safeway has it all over the store, can't miss it. They usually keep a frozen supply too.
