My poor freezer has zero - and I mean ZERO - room left. I have at least 10 lbs peaches, 5 lb apricots, 4 lb figs, 10 lbs nectarines, and 15+ lbs plums...and counting. I've filled others freezers, given away, my sister dried a ton, and made jam. The plums have a while to go yet so I need HELP on what to do with them. Somethings canned besides jam?? HELP!

My Aunt was something of a country girl and she and her sisterhoodies used to can...
...plums whole, in a very light syrup. They were delicious and quite beautiful to look at.
I wouldn't hesitate to put up a bunch of those.
