my daughter made these. We didn't have dry white wine in the house so substituted extra dry vermouth. She also made them full size instead of mini. The dough was the best empanada dough ever. Really great recipe.
in the pic she also made a caprese. Not a natural match but just going on what ingredients we have on hand including some fresh basil.
