"Parma." Saw this in my Facebook feed. Kind of tempting...

I've been doing this same thing basically for about 40 years...with

just a couple of differences. I pound a chicken breast half, salt, pepper and a sprinkle of garlic salt. Coat with panko and top with blobs of cream of mushroom soup. Bake in the oven until done and top with lots of shredded cheddar cheese and melt in the oven. I have always called it my "easy out" day for cooking. Just happens to be one of John's favorites....don't tell him how easy it is though. He thinks I'm brilliant!
