Parmesan Balsamic Bites: another easy appetizer

1/2 lb Parmesan cheese broken into small bite-sized pieces

2 tbls good aged balsamic vinegar

Drizzle cheese with 1 tbls of the vinegar 15 minutes before serving and another tbls of vinegar before taking it out to guests.

 
I have done this a little differently and it is also delicious. Not unlike putting

cracked pepper and kosher salt in good olive oil, I have put large shreds of parm in olive oil with just a little balsamic. It becomes sort of pasty and you dip baguette pieces in it.
