Passover Blues... I got a cancellation.

Thank you all for your Passover Seder suggestions but sadly, the woman who was hosting has been in failing health and her daughter called to cancel. I guess they were hoping for one last Passover in her home and that's why they first called me but it just won't be happening.

I sure enjoyed researching the brisket recipes and flourless desserts! Maybe I will be invited to a seder sometime so my first one will not have the added stress of catering.

...Passover Blues, is that a music genre?

 
Sorry to hear that, pal. If I were you, I'd be really "passed" off.

Were I a better Jew, I'd throw a Seder and have you over but lobster in a bacon weave with shrimp sauce is simply not going to go over with the rest of my tribe.

 
Does that mean you haven't tasted gefilte fish either?

I thought you'd tasted everything in the world.
