love Marcel's over the top creations (did you know he was in the Marines?). Very interesting icing. I'll put this in my files to try next time I need a chocolate cake.
But I had to laugh, 2 and 2/3 cups icing for a 9-inch cake to look like the picture? Maybe it's one of those Martha things were they set us up to be inadequate since no matter how closely we follow the instructions, our cake will never turn out like the picture.
