Pastry Flour? Where can I purchase it?

I'd like to try a recipe for Buttermilk and Cheddar Biscuits but it calls for 3/4 cup pastry flour. I've never heard of it, not being a baker. Can I get it at Publix or is this a specialty item?

P.S. I haven't been very active, no make that not active at all on this forum but I read it several times a week and feel you are all "old" friends.

gee, I wonder, is pastry flour the same as cake flour? like Swansdown, which should be readily

available at Publix. Maybe check the bulk foods bins. specialty flours can be found there also, as well as in the Natural Food section where Bob's Red Mill has all sorts of specialty flours.
