Pat in Bastrop-I see where The Roadhouse's Jalapeno Cream Cheese Burger made

That is DH's favorite! The homemade sourdough buns are to die for, and

on Friday they do a Shiner Bock battered fish & chips that I really crave. It is a cute place, an old house they dragged to the site, with a wraparound porch with ceiling fans. It helps that it is on the route between Texas A&M and Austin.

So, how do they do these? Is the bun just spread with cream cheese? Do they cook

the jalapenos or are they just sliced raw on the burger? I may have to try this.

I'm always amazed at the ways people dream up to make yummy things even

more fattening. I definitely have to try this-I'm also picturing it during hatch chile season with hot hatch chiles. Thanks.
