Pat in No CA: Help with Nancy Silverton's "Not Nut Butters" cookie recipe

I finally tried these last week and found, well, it seems like something is amiss in the recipe. There is no baking temperature nor baking time nor baking instructions.

So I speculated these may be a form of unbaked cookies, yet there is baking powder added to the batter.

So ("alone in her room, she read every Nancy Drew, Hardy Boys, and Encylopedia Brown book the Ambridge Laughlin Memorial Library had"), I have to wonder why?

Could you be a sweetie and check the recipe?
