Pat-NoCal I made your Pico de Gallo, PERFECT, thanks!

Rick Bayliss Roadside Chicken...I think that I screwed up on the chicken...

It called for Ancho Chili powder which I think of as flavorful but mild. The chicken was beyond spicy...I think I accidently used Chipolte instead! I made the flavor pac and brought it to Fl with me. Bf and friend liked the chicken but agreed it was very spicy. It was too spicy for me and my poor mom ate vegetables for dinner! OY!!

 
Ok, I'm giggling here. I saw this as "Road kill", but I'm sure it means roadside stand and is yummy

 
LOL!!!!! Never thought about it that way. I will have to try it again with the right chili powder.
