Because of a cousin having emergency surgery, the huge gathering at my aunt's house was cancelled. I ended up having my mother, son and his girlfriend come for supper with us. I had no time to shop so defrosted the two containers of Braised Country Pork Ribs that were put away for my getaway. That, broccoli, intant Parmesan potatoes, and Penny's Sugar Cookies made a nice holiday dinner. THANK YOU!
