Even my super-finicky MIL liked it. I put the feta on after, as you did. I almost ate the whole bowl. I think the secret is the infused olive oil--so good.

 
Great, I also brushed the infused oil on the swordfish we had to go with...

btw, I roasted the asparagus with the feta...we love baked feta!
