I have this book based upon a recommendation here maybe 2 years ago?
Not exactly complicated but I made the Colcannon for St. Patrick's Day. I may try the Celery Root Bisque on page 102. Got to see what duck options are available around here.
From what I have seen so far most all of the recipes in the book
aren't elaborate but sound really tasty. For instance the Chilled Celery Root in Mustard Sauce on page 141-142. Simple but sounds delicious. I would love to know more of others' favorites and I'm really thinking I probably need to buy this book.
