with regard to posting images from our site at Photobucket.

It worked last week when I posted the GBH.

I get the error message shown above with my MAC and the photobucket html text stays in the field.

When I try it on my PC, the screen flashes that the function will not work, it deletes the text out of the Message box automatically and returns back to this screen,

{test to see if last weeks' image pastes.)

...and it does. So something is weird with the T-Day photos at photobucket. It's not this MAC browser or my PC broswer.

When you go to edit the thread do you see the image code?

B/c I looked at your turkey thread and didn't see an embed code -- did it not let you put in the code or just go wonky after? Can you add an image in the link box or does it give you that error as well? Have you tried doing it from a different browser?

Here I'm checking that I can still embed (using FF). So doesn't seem to be a overall site issue:

there is nothing on your account that would do this. Sounds like a browser setting

check your browser's security settings and possibly if you have security software like McAfee could be something there. In very strong security you sometimes have to manually give permission to any given website for certain functions such as posting to.

you can also send me an email with the contents of what you were trying to post and if you can do a screenshot of the error that you got I may be able to help you determine the issue. Bottom line though is that this is browser specific. Are you using an old version of Internet Explorer on you PC? There are so many versions and so many bugs associated with IE that usually the only fix is to ensure that you have the latest stable version. A lot of sites no loner support IE 7 and almost nobody that pays attention to such things supports IE 6 anymore.
