Hi Pat, no luck here, but if you know the time you saw it, can you go back through an online TV

schedule for that area and check programs that were on at that time that you might have been watching? Anything demonstrated on TV is usually on the web site. That's why I'm perplexed at why it doesn't come up in a search.

 
I found the full archives once....then I couldn't find them...I'm waiting to hear from Gay or

someone if the archives are still available.

It was on the Today show in a segment with Matt Laurer but it is not listed in their recipes

I sent an email to the show requesting the recipe but haven't heard back. It looked really great!

 
mgrosman, do you recall the name of the chef? It didn't look like Daniel to me, I thought I heard

him say he worked for Boulud. {wishing I'd hung up the phone and paid more attention....lol}
