Pie Pops for Pi day

I'm thinking this would be perfect for a baby shower coming up in a few montha. lovely photography!

My Pi Day Pie: "I Ching, therefore I Om."

Pretzel crust, ala Bitchin' Kitchen (aw, I got censored! Well, it's Nadia's show...the one where she makes crazy food when she's not making out with George Clooney.)

Filling is whizzed in food processor:
16 oz tub of Silk tofu, drained
8 oz melted chocolate (I used a blend of milk, semi & 70%)
2 TBL of peanut butter (possibly more...I go by taste. This masks the chaulky taste of the tofu.)
2 TBL of unsweetened Thai coconut milk, chilled
5-6 Splenda packets

Yin/Yang symbol:
Dyslexic sauce
Peanut Butter blended with a bit of cream cheese, half/half and a TBL of brown sugar.

PS: Let me stop you RIGHT IN YOUR TRACKS if you've made the erroneous assumption that TOFU = GUILT-FREE INDULGENCE.

Taking the hit for all of you, I made that very assumption, thinking "oh tofu...it has lots of protein. Must be healthy."

(fill in the swear word of your choice)

Here's the numbers for a 8-9" pie (filling only)

Did I hear my name?

I've been so busy working, playing with grands, playing in clay and other activities that I have been woefully neglecting this wonderful site.

Mea culpa...

I thought about making more Pi plates this year, but it was too late for Pi Day. I can still do that, if there is a need.

I do stop by and read what's going on, but I should make the time to be more attentive. You all are such a great group.

Happy St. Patty's Day to all.
