Pina colada cake & guilty pleasures

I am embarrassed to admit how much I have loved this cake since I was a teenager. Everyone loves it when I take it somewhere too. You can fancy it up with homemade yellow cake & stabilized real whipped cream if you like. I guess you could consider it white trash tres leches, but we made it many years before I had ever heard of tres leches.

Yellow cake mix, made to box instructions, baked in 13 x 9 pan, still warm

1 can Coco Lopez

1 can Eagle Brand Milk

1 tall can crushed pineapple

1 container cool whip or equivalent amt stabilized whpped cream

1 bag shredded coconut

Poke holes in warm cake. Whisk together Coco Lopez & Eagle Brand milk. Pour over warm cake. Chill. Cover with well-drained pineapple, cream & coconut. Serve cold.

 
Clarification please: 1. Eagle Brand milk: Condensed or Evaporated and

2. Crushed pineapple: Heavy syrup or Juice?
3. Shredded coconut: Sweetened or not?
4: Coco Lopez: Sweetened Cream only.

I'm betting if this is an older recipe, it's going to be sweet all the way: Condensed, Heavy syrup and sweetened.

Sweetened condensed milk, pineapple is squeezed dry so don't think it matters, sweetened shredded coconut, coco lopez is the sweetened stuff you use to make pina coladas-blue can.
