It's 3 cups Greek Yogurt (full-fat)
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla.
Stir the sugar and vanilla into the yogurt and refrigerate for one hour before churning.
That simple.
It's really nice soft-serve out of the ice-cream maker. It was great the next day as well.
I saw my Costco is carrying the Fage Greek Yogurt now in the large tubs.
I used Trader Joe Brand full fat since I had that on hand.
(This is actually the same Frozen Yogurt recipe from The Perfect Scoop - he recommends draining regular yogurt for hours if you don't use the Greek. Tried that, not so good IMO.)
