One of the many things I love about this site is the generous outpouring of ideas when help is requested.

Here is a photo journal of the test results as we tried to salvage “Green Soup with Sweet Potatoes”...renamed YUCK soup (Yams Usurping Chard & Kale).

(Unfortunately, due to the limitation of my camera skills, you will never fully appreciate the slime factor or the objurgatory odor.)

To begin with, we have the photo that started the whole thing. Note the man warily giving a sidelong glance at the soup. I should have paid attention.

Sadly, I know a lost cause when I smell one. I added a little extra fiber and called it a day: YUCK Soup con Spanish Moss Garni and Dryer Lint Confit.
