To see how I think I would like the idea of using an IPad in the kitchen. Can't decide...Bittman's How to Cook Everything or the big Cook's Illustrated one????

Before you pay for one you should try one of the free cookbooks. Amazon has a lot of them.

Maybe I'm lazy but I put Bittman's "How to Cook Everything" on

my iPad and have never used it. I always seem to go to my library of print cookbooks or my old favorite looseleaf.
