Please help me find a substitution for Feta in a broccoli slaw I'm making this weekend

We are having lots of company on Sunday and I'm also making a orzo salad (kalamata olives, artichokes, etc.) that calls for feta. The broccoli slaw includes raisins, orange juice etc. Can you think of 1) a different cheese in the slaw that would work so I don't use Feta in both or 2) a different cheese in the orzo salad that would work

thanks so much!

Ricotta Salata or cotija.

The cotija is more likely to be a bit salty and breaks up into smaller crumbles.

The ricotta salata can be cubed like feta and is mild in taste.

I like shredded cheddar for the broccoli slaw. Will add nice color.Agree with Marilyn, add bacon too!

I make a similar broccoli slaw and use yellow cheddar.

thanks for the ricotta salata clarification

I didn't know there was a term "ricotta salata" for how my friend had made his ricotta. And I agree with you also about the cotija. queso fresco is probably closer to mozzarella while cotija is what my mexican friend told me to use while schooling me on how to make proper tacos.
