but can't find it. Why is it so much better than other salts and can it be used in baking?

I found a 3lb box at Penzys today when I was replenishing spices for holiday baking. It was $4.55 so I bought it!

I like it because I can keep it in a large round container and easily

get a pinch. I find I don't have a tendency to oversalt with it. That's becoming an issue as dh's blood pressure is slowling getting to the problem number. However, I don't like it for baking biscuits, etc as it doesn't dissolve as well. For that, I like the Diamond Crystals round canister as it has a finer texture. So I keep both. I've read that most chefs prefer the Diamond Crystals and I think Traca commented here that it is the brand in most restaurant kitchens. I'm sure it's all what you get used to using.
