Poll: Does anyone use "Mark Read" ?

where do I find this feature?>>>

I've looked all over the page (OK, I'm not known for my sharp-sightedness), but I just don't see it.

Also, is there any way to get back to the exact spot on a page you were on when you made a post? I seem to bounce back to the beginning of the page.

 
warning on that one, I have never used it and just clicked and marked "every" post as read.

now I have no idea what I've read and there were a lot I hadn't gotten to yet :-0

every post I open changes color and I know it's been read and where I've left off.

 
That happened the first time I used it too. From this point on just make sure

you have read everything you want to read (I don't usually read dessert posts for instance) and then use the mark read. Then the next time you come back only the new ones will be red. A huge time saver for me. And Evelyn, make sure you let the site COMPLETELY load before you even touch any key. Sometimes it loads slower but will go back to where you were. Watch the blue slider bar on the right side to make sure it has gone completely up to the top.

 
Wildwoods, when you think you've read just about everything of interest, you can click "Mark Read"

and all the posts on the page will turn grey, including all the ones you haven't opened and the "NT's" that you wouldn't open anyway. From then on you know everything that shows up in red is new.
