Potato Skins

I want to marry that photo.

Am I the only one here who put in time working at a TGIFriday's? I remember these fondly....

though it was just about the worst job I've ever had.

They claimed to have invented them. I wonder if they still make them?

 
I had some today at a retirement lunch, just because of this post. Not as good as I wished.

 
I remember eating them at Wags

Not sure if Wags exists anymore, but I'd have lunch there while working in a mall a few decades ago and skins were always the item of choice. Seemed that everyone else served them with ranch dressing rather than sour cream.
