Presorvac 5 Cycle Marinater for $29,99 on Woot.com. Is this any good??

They list only one item per day and it's available until it either sells out or 11:59pm. I have no connection with them but I thought I remembered someone mention a marinater before.

I purchased one thing from them and a co-worker is hooked. Their service is very good. You just have to watch if the item is new or refurbished.

Here's what I've been using...a Vacu Vin Vacuum Instant Marinater and I've

been very happy with the results for quick marination of meats and poultry. Unfortunately it appears to be unavailable right now.

The food saver vacuum system is similar, in that it draws a vacuum on a container...

...that has meat and marinade in it.

I think CI did a study that showed no gain in flavor or penetration of the marinade, versus a zip lock bag.

Pat likes the idea, and I would trust her judgment, however.
