As I mentioned previously the forum will be moving shortly. I don't have a date yet, but helpers from this board have been helping me get it into shape.
So that nobody panics over the impending change I just wanted to post a preview of what it looks like.
It's also got nifty improvements such as being able to upload a photo and increase the text size in IE (which the current board doesn't do).
In the preview below you'll see the one wee niggle...thread numbers aren't sequential. This is because the forum software assigns a number to each post and not to each thread, and it can't be changed without major reprogramming. But if you saw what it looked like before I got my hands on it (ie. exactly like TOB) I think you'd be really impressed. ;o)
So prepare yourselves for a switch in the upcoming days. Rest assured that THE ARCHIVES WILL NOT BE LOST or screwed up, and that regulars from here have been working with me to make it look and feel like "home".
(note: this is how it looks on MY screen in IE, which is pretty identical to how the current forum looks on my screen in IE.)
