not the broth, but the stock, be aware that when you pour the last drop out, there is still 1/4 cup of the stock left inside. I just discovered this last week, when I started to toss the carton and heard the liquid inside. It took me a few minutes to get it all out, by shaking, and tipping the carton back and forth. I measured it and was shocked it was 1/4 cup. That is a lot to be throwing away.

 
Glass jar = couple of days. Freeze for longer storage. . .

you can freeze in a zip-lock bag, if you wish.
