I have recently seen in one of the links how they can be used for soups or other appetizers. Unfortunately, I can't find the link.

Any thoughts on what to do with them....(Besides shots!) We do alot of finger food appetizers...

They were $3.00 for 4 if anyone is interested in a trip to Wegmans!

Thanks in advance,

Regards,

Barb

I've heard of an hors d'oeuvres--Caesar Teasers--where grated Parmesan is baked over an

overturned shotglass to create an edible cup and then filled with shredded Caesar salad and topped with a crouton. I've never tried it, in part because I don't have enough shot glasses.

You can just melt the grated cheese (parm or asiago) in a non-stick pan

until it melts together and then drape over any small glass or cup to form the cup. You only make a few at a time. Remove and use as a salad holder. I think they are called fricos when served as a flat wafer.

I once bough 300 shot glasses for a wedding...

I served gazpacho shots in them topped with fresh dungeness crab.

I've also used them for other parties. I made individual veggies and dips by piping in dip on the bottom and sticking 4 -6 vegetables sticks cut long and thin into them.

Hi Dawn, I will be there tues, let me know if you would like me to pick some up, Be happy to..PM

Thanks everyone! Appreciate the ideas...Carrianna...300!!! Question...Did you serve forks?

Did everyone "Chug".....Sounds like a beautiful presentation...

I also love the idea of individual dip containers.

Will let you know how I use them....

Tried to PM you, said your mailbox is full...

No, but thanks for the offer Barb... so nice of you to ask. I'll be the first to admit that I have "quite enough" kitchenware right now (too much!).

'Hope you are having a great weekend.
