Quarantine spaghetti?

Stuck at home with pasta, ground beef, and tomato products. So I thought I'd make spaghetti, but I haven't made this kind of spaghetti in years (I've made spaghetti with pork ribs and Italian sausage, like an Italian grandma), but in my youth I did, so I got out an old recipe and was horrified. Basically ground been and tomato sauce--no spices, veg anything. I have tomatoes, paste, sauce, Rao's marinara --I can probably get some sausage, but it's not on hand. Not particularly interested in meatballs. Any recipes would be appreciated (or just suggestions). Thanks.

Quick bolognese...

Here is what I would do:

Brown off the meat and set aside
in olive oil, sweat 1 onion, 1 carrot, some celery - add tomato paste, salt and a bay leaf, and whatever else you like, oregano, basil, etc... cook a few more minutes - deglaze pan with red wine, add beef or chix stock, add the meat back in, add you sauce or tomatoes or what have you, and simmer for an hour or so... skim of the fat, if any and you're good to go!

Superquick and easy
