I usually do one large roasting chicken, but this time I want to do two small ones in the same pan, 2 1/2 pounds each. A 5-pound chicken usually takes me about 50 - 52 minutes at 450 F. Would these small chickens take half this time, ie, about 25 - 27 minutes, or would the fact that there are two of them, side by side, increase or decrease the time?
