You might lose a bit of the pungency when you freeze but overall it should work just fine.

 
and this recipe couldn't be easier---the hardest part is juicing the lemons. I do strain it.

 
The BEST wedding I received 33 years ago was my electric lemon juicer...

I use the poor thing to death!
