Question about tomatillo salsa. To roast veggies first, cook after blending? Do neither? Help .....

Here's the recipe I use fromMexico One Plate At A Time. No cooking except roasting. Hope it helps.

I roast the tomatillos first. I cook the salsa in oil only if the recipe I'm using...
...the salsa for requires it.
In other words, I don't cook after blending. The salsa is fine as is.
I only cook it again if I am making a recipe that calls for the sauce to be cooked before using in that recipe.

Thanks Michael, I asked because I saw a video on the Food TV
Channel that showed all the ingredients being put in the Cuisinart raw and chopped and then cooked down to get the water out, she said. Didn't look very good to me so I thought I'd ask. I think mine turned out well sort of using Curious's recipe. We'll see later.
