Here's my concern: You can't add fresh pineapple to jello salads because the enzymes in it causes the gelatin to break down.
I have a powdered mango pudding from the Oriental grocery store and bottled mango juice. I'd like to make the pudding and top it with golden mango slices. But I don't want to mess it up if they have the same enzyme issue as fresh pineapple.
Anyone know?
